1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Creator", "User", or "you") and Ventures Hub Software Company ("Treach", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Treach website, applications, profile builders, dynamic routing endpoints, and related digital services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for an account, building a profile, or accessing public creator pages, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you access the Service on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Treach provides creators, developers, artists, and businesses with a unified, high-performance link-in-bio hub. The Service enables users to create customizable public profiles (e.g., treach.qtlws.com/username), curate verified social media channels, manage theme layouts, and access privacy-preserving aggregate link interaction statistics.

3. Account Registration & Security Obligations

To unlock the profile builder and publish custom links, you must create a verified creator account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current registration information.

• Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and session credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access.
• Anti-Spam & Alias Policy: To maintain system integrity and prevent automated bot registration, email addresses containing alias operator characters (such as '+' modifiers) are automatically rejected by platform security filters.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Treach in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are strictly prohibited from publishing, promoting, or linking to content that involves:

Treach reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate, disable, or immediately terminate without prior notice any profile found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in the text, titles, logos, brand elements, and outbound links that you submit to your profile. By uploading content, you grant Treach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, cache, transmit, format, and display your content to provide the public bio-link service as directed by you.

Treach Platform: The visual interface, design systems, codebases, animations, logos, and trademarks of Treach are the exclusive property of Ventures Hub Software Company. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce platform components without our express written permission.

6. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Notices

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international IP directives.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been displayed or linked on Treach without authorization, please submit a notice to our designated agent at legal-treach@ventureshub.qtlws.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the specific Treach profile URL; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement of good faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury.

7. Service Reliability, Fair Use & Rate Limits

We strive to provide continuous, high-speed profile delivery across global edge networks. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To protect network infrastructure and guarantee optimal responsiveness for all creators, public traffic and management endpoints are subject to automated rate-limiting algorithms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or temporarily limit throughput during scheduled maintenance or distributed traffic spikes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VENTURES HUB SOFTWARE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VENTURES HUB SOFTWARE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Termination, Modifications & Governing Law

Termination: You may cancel your account and remove your public profile at any time through the Treach Studio settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Modifications: We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect regulatory updates or platform improvements. When changes occur, the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of Treach after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
